We will maintain and improve positive and respectful relationships with all families and community members whilst respecting cultural diversity and incorporating the child’s home culture with culturally inclusive programming. We believe that families are the first educators of the child and we will support their values and beliefs. We will continue to practice and improve upon Aboriginal ways of knowing, being and doing respectfully, and will provide children with child focussed, spontaneous, play based pedagogies to support our children to become informed global citizens.
